The brief
Where the client started
Made-in-Pak sells handmade pottery and home goods. It had a strong product range and a story to tell, but no working online store.
The brief was a storefront that shows the products properly, can be found in search and turns visits into orders.

What we did
How the work went
Discovery and planning
We ran a brand workshop, planned the category structure and reviewed competitors and keywords.
Design and development
We customised a Shopify theme for storytelling, improved navigation, filters and checkout, and built product templates for search and engagement.
Search optimisation
We optimised titles, descriptions, headings and image text, added schema and a sitemap, and set up a blog for future content.
Conversion and analytics
We tested calls to action and product layouts, set up cart reminder emails, and configured GA4 with ecommerce tracking.
