What notice do we give?
After the minimum term, 30 days’ notice for hires and retainers.

You do. You own all work and IP from day one.
What hours do remote staff work?
Usually 9am to 5.30pm UK time, Monday to Friday, or the hours agreed in the brief.
What happens during holidays and sick leave?
