The brief
Where the client started
Kingsfield IT provides managed IT support, cloud systems and hardware procurement to businesses across the UK. Its offline reputation was strong, but its website did not match it.
The brief was a site that represents the firm properly and brings in more qualified visitors through search.
- A dated website that no longer represented the brand
- Poor mobile layout and unclear navigation
- Missing metadata and weak keyword targeting
- Little visibility in local or national search
- No structured tracking of enquiries
What we did
How the work went
Discovery and planning
We held a consultation, audited the site, mapped keyword opportunities and planned the wireframes.
Design and build
We built a new responsive website with a simpler structure, SEO friendly markup and compressed images for speed.
On page SEO
We wrote metadata, improved headings and internal links, created service pages for each service and location, and added schema markup.
Tracking and ongoing support
We set up GA4 and Tag Manager with form and call tracking, and provide monthly SEO updates, audits and technical support.
