The brief
Where the client started
American Homes Online is a US real estate marketing firm that gives property professionals tools from AI assisted blogging to listings and SEO. Its own website was hard to update and scale, and it did not let users list properties themselves.
The brief was to rebuild it as a flexible tool for the internal team and for its users.

What we did
How the work went
Discovery and planning
We analysed user needs and the client goals, studied property technology sites as a benchmark and defined the features for self service listings.
Design and development
We built a custom WordPress theme and a listing module with a simple interface, focused on speed, accessibility and a clear layout.
SEO and integration
We applied keyword research for property searches, linked blog and listing content together and added social sharing.
Launch and training
We tested across devices, checked speed, trained the AHO team and set the site up to support more categories and blog types later.
