The brief
Where the client started
Garnet Services Limited connects healthcare professionals with roles across the UK and supports organisations with recruitment and HR. As its services grew, the website did not keep up. It had no clear structure and no obvious route for an enquiry.
The brief was a professional site that speaks to two audiences, employers and candidates, and makes it easy for each to act.
- Unclear navigation, with services not separated
- A dated look that did not signal trust or sector knowledge
- No simple way for clients or candidates to enquire
- Too little space to explain the recruitment specialisms
- Brand tone and employer appeal not carried through
- Poor mobile behaviour and no search setup
What we did
How the work went
Discovery
We held strategy sessions to set the goals for the site, looked at how both audiences behave and outlined separate paths for clients and candidates.
Design and brand
We created a modern, approachable look, mapped the routes for job seekers and hiring managers and kept tone, colour and layout consistent.
Build
We built the site on WordPress with custom templates, added enquiry and application forms with clear calls to action and made it responsive and accessible.
Content, testing and handover
We wrote clear content for recruitment, temporary staffing and executive search, tested on mobile, set up basic SEO tags and schema and trained the Garnet team to manage updates.
