The brief
Where the client started
SAWIM is a UK ecommerce brand making home and personal care products built around reuse. The core product is a reusable plant wax candle kit, sold alongside ceramic vessels, beeswax wraps and personal care items.
The brief was a store that feels calm and considered, explains an unfamiliar product clearly and is ready to grow beyond candles.

How the work went
Planning
We mapped the range, the questions buyers ask and the page structure before design began.
Design
We designed a soft, natural look, with product pages that combine lifestyle images and short, plain explanations.
Build
We built a custom WooCommerce store with product bundles, gift options at checkout and flexible categories for new products.
Search foundations
We set clean page structures and a clear content flow, so the store has search friendly foundations for long term organic growth.
