The brief
Where the client started
Bridge of Hearts Care provides home care for people who want to stay in their own homes, from daily personal care and companionship to supported living for people leaving hospital.
Its old website did not show the warmth of the care or the full range of services. The brief was a site that feels human and reassuring and helps families get in touch with confidence.

What we did
How the work went
Discover and plan
We looked at how families choose care and what builds trust.
Design
We created a warm layout with soft colours and real imagery that still feels professional.
Build
We built separate routes for families and healthcare organisations, with clear service categories and a visible supported living section.
Launch and training
We tested the urgent contact routes and the mobile layout, then trained the team on tone, testimonials and handling different enquiries.
