The brief
Where the client started
Divine Care Services Ltd offers person centred support for people who want to live independently at home, from personal care and companionship to supported living and health monitoring. The old website lacked structure and did not show that warmth.
The brief was a site that builds trust at sensitive moments and helps families and healthcare partners understand the services.

What we did
How the work went
Discovery and planning
We explored the care pathways and the moments when families make decisions, talked to the team about communication challenges and drew a sitemap that separates home care from supported living.
Design and development
We designed a clean, welcoming layout that is easy to read and built it in WordPress with simple content blocks and accessibility features for older users.
Content and setup
We wrote respectful, plain service descriptions, structured the content for each offering and optimised it for local search.
Launch and support
We tested on the devices families and older users rely on, showed the team how to update pages and monitored performance and accessibility after launch.
