Where the client started
Rehovot Services Ltd provides residential placements, therapeutic support and workforce development for people at risk of social exclusion. Its website did not show the care and commitment behind that work.
The brief was a thoughtful, accessible site that communicates trust and compassion to families, clients and commissioners.
- An outdated, generic site with little visual appeal

How the work went
Understanding the mission
We held discovery calls with leaders and care staff, reviewed documents to match the site to regulatory needs and organised content around families, people seeking care and professionals.
Design and build
We drew wireframes around clarity and empathy and built a lightweight custom WordPress theme with visuals that show real support.
Optimisation and accessibility
We improved load times and user flow, applied accessible contrast, alt text and clear type and added structured data.
Launch and support
We trained the team for internal updates, tested the contact form and mobile experience after launch and set up analytics.
