The brief
Where the site started
Pro Virtual Assist is a London based business that matches companies with skilled remote virtual assistants for admin, sales and operations support. It is part of the Zemash group. Its website did not set out the services clearly or bring in enough of the right enquiries.
The brief was to realign the site and its search presence with the way businesses look for a virtual assistant today, whether they type, tap or speak the question.
- An outdated website with confusing navigation

- No clear conversion paths or calls to action
- Slow loading, especially on mobile, and no structured data
What we did
How the work went
Research and strategy
We analysed competitors in remote staffing, mapped keywords and search intent and found answer engine opportunities for how to, best and service style questions.
Website redesign
We drew wireframes and prototypes, built a responsive WordPress theme and added streamlined navigation with a visual service breakdown.
SEO and AEO
We added schema for services, FAQs and contact details, wrote conversational metadata and copy and structured content around real questions and answers.
Analytics and launch
We set up GA4 event tracking for form submissions and button clicks, installed Tag Manager, tested on all devices and refined the site from post launch data.
