The brief
Where the client started
LHB Consulting helps businesses grow through telesales, lead generation, CRM support and data driven marketing. Its service was strong, but its website did not explain it clearly or help visitors get in touch.
The brief was a modern site that works as a tool for winning enquiries.
- Unclear messaging about services and expertise
- A layout that did not work well for mobile users

How the work went
Consultation and discovery
We met the leadership team to set priorities and audiences, assessed the old site and mapped a structure built around service clarity.
Design
We drew low fidelity wireframes around the enquiry flow, then designed bold, professional layouts with clear trust signals, starting with phones.
WordPress build
We built a custom theme that is easy to update, added enquiry forms and service specific calls to action and set up analytics.
Content and go live
We rewrote the service pages to be clear and concise, added meta tags, alt text and internal links, checked every device and browser and walked the client through the site at launch.
