The brief
Where the client started
Deniz Pro is a London property management and development company that helps landlords manage, maintain and grow their portfolios. Its website was outdated and did not show the experience behind the firm.
The brief was a full redesign that reflects its standing and makes it easy for landlords and investors to enquire.
- An outdated layout and inconsistent branding
- Poor mobile responsiveness

- Few trust signals, such as testimonials or accreditations
- Slow pages and a weak user experience
- No clear calls to action or lead forms, and little local search optimisation
What we did
How the work went
Discovery and strategy
We analysed the business and its audience, researched competitors in the London property market and drew a wireframe and sitemap.
Design and development
We designed mock ups for desktop and mobile, built a WordPress theme from scratch to fit the brand and improved speed with lazy loading, minification and caching.
Content and SEO
We laid out the service content, added metadata, local keywords and alt text and prepared the site for crawling.
Launch and support
We tested across browsers and devices, launched with performance monitoring and provided training and support.
