The brief
Where the client started
We built websites for three care providers: At Home Care Ltd, Divine Care Services Ltd and Rehovot Services Ltd. Each offers support to people at home or in supported settings.
In care, trust comes first. Families, clients and commissioners need to understand the services quickly and know how to get in touch.
- Outdated, text heavy designs
- Unclear navigation, especially for older users and carers
- No dedicated pages for each care service
- Sites that did not work well on phones
- No clear way to enquire
- Little local search presence
What we did
How the work went
Consultation and discovery
We learned about each provider’s services, audience and tone, and reviewed competing care websites.
Design and development
We designed calm, readable layouts with large type and good contrast, and built each site on WordPress.
Content and structure
We created a separate page for each care service, with local search titles and clear enquiry routes.
Testing and handover
We checked every site across devices and screen sizes, set up tracking and trained each team to update content.
